The protagonist of the Buffalito stories happens to be a Foodie, and part of the fun of writing about him involves the exotic alien meals I get to create for him to consume.

Curiously, I was writing him long before I met my wife. Nowadays, when I have culinary questions to research I don’t have to go as far. 🙂
